I would just like to say thank you to Ian for the invitation to his Business Strategy seminar last week which both Andy and myself found very inspiring, so much so that we both ordered a copy of The E Myth. I found it very interesting and managed to read it from cover to cover over the weekend, finding it hard to put down. It did make me realise that in fact I had made most of the mistakes described over the years and indeed my spirit had been reduced almost to the point of no return. Reading the book has rekindled the spirit. I have already started compiling my list of aims and Andy is well into the first few chapters!

Not only are Mitchell Meredith a fantastic poster company for flexible working, I also had the great pleasure of visiting the company recently in my capacity as a trustee of Breast Cancer UK. Their employees raised thousands of pounds for the charity and I was very pleased to collect the cheque. I think this company is a fantastic example, not only of flexible working, but of Ian’s quality of leadership and training. I experienced it in spades and I think it's a fantastic example of what employees can do when they have that type of leadership.

We’ve used Mitchell Meredith to purchase and install SAGE on our new computer system. We received SAGE and after installation Louise came out to give us our initial training. She was extremely helpful. We’ve spoken to her on a few separate occasions and she has even remotely logged into our computer to check our progress, offering us tips and advice on how to proceed. She is very professional and knowledgeable and thanks to her we’re confident to go live at the start of our new financial year, safe in the knowledge that Mitchell Meredith are just a phone call away with any queries we have.

Since the original incorporation of Therapyworks I have had two previous accountants, both of which I had become very disillusioned with. I have felt that I haven’t been getting value for money from them and worse still that they didn’t understand my business. As a result I have been looking for a new accountant for some time and I could not have been more pleased to find Ian who is an absolute gentleman and is clearly held in high regard by the other members of Aurora.

Some might think that this is a bad thing but for me this could not be further from the truth.
